- Beta software: provided "as is" during free beta. Availability, data, and features may change without notice.
- Customer data: your Jira data stays in your Atlassian tenant; we process limited metadata (accountId, issue/project metadata, app telemetry) in our backend to deliver the service.
- No sale of End User Data. No advertising, no cross-context profiling.
- Atlassian does not endorse this app. HumanSys is an independent Marketplace Partner.
- AI / inference (Phase 1): BYOK only — no AI sub-processors by default. Admins opt in by providing their own API key (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.).
- Sub-processors: Atlassian (atlassian.com, Forge platform) and Fly.io (fly.io, backend hosting,
lax= Los Angeles, USA). SCCs + UK IDT Addendum where applicable. - DPA: auto-accepted by installing the app. Customers who need a signed copy: [email protected].
- Deletion: uninstall deletes tenant data within ≤30 days. Data subject erasure and Atlassian Personal Data Reporting API
closed/updatedevents within ≤7 days. Backups purge within ≤30 days. - Governing law: Mexico (federal law) for TOS. DPA governed by the laws of the customer's country of establishment for EU/UK data, otherwise Mexico.
Parties and acceptance
These Terms of Service ("TOS") are a binding agreement between:
- HumanSys S.C., a Mexican civil partnership with RFC HUM050923U24, domiciled at San Francisco 238 Altos, Col. del Valle, Benito Juárez, CDMX 03100 ("HumanSys", "we", "us", "Provider"); and
- The legal entity or natural person that installs, enables, or uses the RaiSE for Jira Forge application in an Atlassian Cloud site ("Customer", "you").
You accept these TOS by installing or enabling the app. If you do not agree, do not install the app, or uninstall it immediately.
Service description and independence from Atlassian
RaiSE for Jira ("Service") is a Forge-hosted app that:
- observes Jira issue, project, and sprint metadata via Atlassian Forge APIs;
- sends that metadata to HumanSys' backend (
raise-server) for processing; - returns delivery-reliability coaching surfaces (HUD, assessments, dashboards) inside Jira.
Independence from Atlassian. HumanSys is an independent Marketplace Partner. Atlassian does not endorse, sponsor, certify, or guarantee the Service. Atlassian is not a party to these TOS and bears no responsibility or liability arising from the Service. Any reference to Atlassian, Jira, Forge, or related marks is solely for descriptive or compatibility purposes in accordance with the Atlassian Marketplace Partner Agreement §8.8(c).
During the Free Beta, the Service is offered without charge for evaluation purposes.
Free Beta — nature and limitations
During the Free Beta you acknowledge and accept that:
- the Service is provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE;
- features, quotas, data retention, and availability may change, be suspended, or be removed without notice;
- the Service may contain defects, produce incorrect results, or be temporarily unavailable;
- HumanSys gives no uptime SLA, no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, and no warranty of merchantability;
- HumanSys may convert the Service to a paid offering and give reasonable notice (≥30 days) before doing so. Continued use after that date requires an active paid subscription or uninstall.
Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- install the app only on Atlassian sites you are authorized to administer;
- not use the Service to process categories of data classified as "special" / "sensitive" under GDPR Art. 9 or LFPDPPP Art. 9 (e.g. health, biometric, sexual orientation), unless you have obtained explicit consent and notified us in advance;
- comply with the Atlassian Cloud Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy;
- keep your Atlassian admin credentials and any BYOK API keys secure;
- notify us at [email protected] without undue delay if you suspect a security breach affecting data processed through the Service.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code of the Service beyond what is permitted by applicable law;
- use the Service to harass, defame, or harm individuals, or to discriminate against them based on data collected through Jira;
- use the Service to build a competing product;
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any HumanSys system without prior written authorization;
- circumvent rate limits, tenant isolation, or licensing controls;
- upload malicious content (malware, exploits) through any integration surface.
No in-app marketing from HumanSys within the Atlassian UX. Consistent with the Atlassian Marketplace Partner Agreement §8.4(c), HumanSys will not deliver promotional content, ads, or upsell calls-to-action to end users inside the Atlassian Jira UI surfaces without Atlassian's prior written consent. Service-essential notifications (security advisories, deprecation notices, tenant status, feature onboarding) are not marketing for the purpose of this clause.
Commercial posture — no sale of End User Data
HumanSys does not sell, rent, or otherwise monetize End User Data, where "End User Data" has the meaning assigned in the Atlassian Marketplace Partner Agreement §8.4(b). Specifically:
- we do not sell End User Data to third parties;
- we do not use End User Data for advertising, retargeting, or cross-context behavioral profiling;
- we do not share End User Data with data brokers;
- aggregated and de-identified metrics used to improve the Service do not constitute sale.
Intellectual property
- HumanSys IP: the Service, including
raise-server, the Forge app, documentation, and the RaiSE methodology, remains the sole property of HumanSys and its licensors. - Customer IP: all Jira data, configurations, and Customer-generated content remain the property of Customer.
- Feedback: you grant HumanSys a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use any feedback you voluntarily provide to improve the Service.
Third-party services
The Service relies on:
- Atlassian Cloud & Forge platform (installation, authentication, UI hosting) — governed by Atlassian's Cloud Terms.
- Optional AI providers (BYOK) — if you configure an API key for Anthropic, OpenAI, or another provider, the provider's terms apply to that inference traffic. HumanSys is not a party to that relationship.
HumanSys is not responsible for third-party service failures, policy changes, or outages.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
- you materially breach these TOS;
- we are required by law or by Atlassian to do so;
- we discontinue the Service (with ≥30 days notice where reasonably possible).
You may terminate at any time by uninstalling the app. Uninstall triggers the deletion process described in §8 of the Privacy Policy and §12 of the DPA.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- the Service is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied;
- HumanSys does not warrant that coaching outputs, assessments, or recommendations will produce specific outcomes;
- the Service is not a substitute for legal, compliance, HR, or medical advice;
- HumanSys makes no warranties about the Atlassian Platform itself. Warranties regarding Jira, Forge, or Atlassian Cloud come solely from Atlassian under its agreements with Customer.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and notwithstanding any other provision:
- HumanSys' aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service during the Free Beta shall not exceed USD 100 (one hundred US dollars);
- HumanSys shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
This limitation does not exclude liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or other liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold HumanSys harmless from claims arising out of:
- your unlawful use of the Service;
- your breach of these TOS;
- your violation of third-party rights (including data subjects' rights) attributable to your instructions.
Changes to these TOS
We may update these TOS. Material changes will be announced via:
- update to the published TOS URL (with new version and effective date);
- in-app notice where technically feasible;
- email to the primary installer/admin contact on file (if available).
Continued use of the Service ≥30 days after publication constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept, uninstall the app.
Governing law and venue
These TOS are governed by the federal laws of the United Mexican States, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for any dispute lies in the competent courts of Mexico City, Mexico, unless mandatory consumer or data-protection laws of the Customer's country require otherwise.
Miscellaneous
- Entire agreement: these TOS plus the Privacy Policy and DPA constitute the entire agreement regarding the Service.
- Severability: if any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
- No waiver: failure to enforce any right is not a waiver.
- Assignment: you may not assign these TOS without our written consent; we may assign to an affiliate or acquirer with notice.

1. Partes y aceptación
Acuerdo vinculante entre HumanSys S.C. (RFC HUM050923U24, San Francisco 238 Altos, Col. del Valle, Benito Juárez, CDMX 03100) y el Cliente que instale la app en un sitio Atlassian Cloud. Aceptas al instalar; si no estás de acuerdo, no instales o desinstala.
2. Descripción e independencia de Atlassian
RaiSE for Jira es una app alojada en Atlassian Forge. HumanSys es un Marketplace Partner independiente. Atlassian no respalda, patrocina, certifica ni garantiza el Servicio. Las referencias a Atlassian/Jira/Forge son solo descriptivas, conforme al MPA §8.8(c).
3. Beta Gratuita — naturaleza y limitaciones
Servicio TAL CUAL y SEGÚN DISPONIBILIDAD, sin SLA, sin garantías de idoneidad ni comerciabilidad. Cambios posibles sin previo aviso. Conversión a pago con aviso ≥30 días.
4. Responsabilidades del Cliente
Instalar solo en sitios autorizados; no procesar datos especiales sin consentimiento y aviso previo; cumplir Atlassian Cloud Terms; custodiar credenciales; notificar [email protected] ante incidentes.
5. Uso aceptable
No reverse-engineering; no acoso/discriminación; no competencia; no pentest sin autorización; no eludir rate limits ni aislamiento tenant; no malware.
Sin marketing in-app dentro del UX de Atlassian. Conforme al MPA §8.4(c), HumanSys no inyectará promociones, anuncios ni upsells en las superficies de Jira sin consentimiento escrito de Atlassian. Notificaciones esenciales del servicio (seguridad, deprecación, estado del tenant, onboarding) no son marketing.
6. Sin venta de datos
HumanSys no vende, renta ni monetiza End User Data (MPA §8.4(b)). No usa datos para publicidad, retargeting ni perfilado conductual cross-context. No comparte con data brokers. Métricas agregadas/anonimizadas para mejora del Servicio no son venta.
7. Propiedad intelectual
HumanSys conserva IP del Servicio. Cliente conserva IP de sus datos. Feedback voluntario licenciado a HumanSys de forma perpetua, mundial, libre de regalías.
8. Servicios de terceros
El Servicio depende de Atlassian Forge (plataforma) y, opcionalmente, de proveedores de IA configurados vía BYOK. HumanSys no es parte de la relación Cliente–proveedor de IA.
9. Suspensión y terminación
Por incumplimiento, requerimiento legal o discontinuidad (aviso ≥30 días). Cliente puede terminar desinstalando.
10. Renuncias
Sin garantía alguna, expresa o implícita. No se garantizan resultados de recomendaciones. No sustituye asesoría legal, HR, compliance ni médica. HumanSys no ofrece garantías sobre la plataforma Atlassian misma.
11. Limitación de responsabilidad
Responsabilidad agregada durante Beta Gratuita ≤ USD 100. Sin daños indirectos, incidentales, especiales, consecuentes ni punitivos.
12. Indemnidad
El Cliente indemnizará a HumanSys por reclamaciones derivadas de uso ilegal, incumplimiento de TOS o violación de derechos de terceros atribuibles a sus instrucciones.
13. Cambios
Aviso en URL publicada, aviso in-app y correo al admin. Uso continuado ≥30 días = aceptación.
14. Ley y jurisdicción
Leyes federales de México. Jurisdicción CDMX, salvo disposición imperativa del país del Cliente.
15. Varios
Acuerdo íntegro, divisibilidad, ausencia de renuncia, cesión.
